Welcome to the ORCA Website!
The Summerland ORCA Swim Club is a competitive swim club founded in 1990 and is affiliated with SWIMMING/NATATION CANADA (SNC). The club operates as a non-profit sports body to promote aquatics in the community of Summerland, British Columbia. It is governed by a constitution, which is available through the board of Directors. The goal of the club is to encourage each athlete to be the best that they can be by participating in the sport of competitve speed swimming.

Mark your calendars! ORCA will be having a YARD SALE on Saturday, April 28, 2012 from 8:00 to 2:00. It will be held at the Aquatic Centre parking lot. Make to save your "treasures" to sell. Hot dogs and drinks will be sold during this event, make sure to tell your friends and neighbors! We will definitely need some volunteers on hand for this event. Click here to view the flyer.

ORCA Awards Banquet: We are pleased to announce that the annual ORCA Awards Banquet will be held on Saturday, May 26, 2012 from 4:30 to 6:30 PM at the Harold Simpson Memorial Youth Center, 9111 Peach Orchard Road. We would appreciate a few volunteers to help with the set-up and tear-down for this event. Please let any executive member know if you are able to help! Details to follow.
Registration Night for the 2012-2013 Swim Season: We will be holding the registration for the 2012-2013 swims season on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 from 6-9 PM at the Aquatic Centre meeting room. The registration forms will be made available shortly.
