| Book of 20 tickets for $90 ($4.50 per workout) |

| You can download a copy of the MSABC Registration Form to register with the ORCA Masters swim group. Fill out the form and bring it to the practice session. Info on the registration fees is available through Coach Tom Best or Mike Cooke, Master's swim representative for the ORCA club. |
